What do our Service Managers do?

This role requires you to take overall responsibility for all aspects of running the service.  Ensuring the staff team enable the people we support to lead a valued and fulfilling life that they want to lead.

We want our Managers to be involved in developing new initiatives in care practices, ensuring the overall delivery of a quality service, whilst working in line with policies, procedures and all relevant legislation.

Seymour House is a beautiful detached house located 100 yards from the seafront in Herne Bay, in Kent. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/diner with direct access to conservatory overlooking the large back garden. There is also a good sized kitchen and three ground floor bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms and a bathroom.

Individuals can benefit from access to local shops, colleges, the local leisure centre, restaurants and other nearby amenities. In addition to being close to the beach, the home is only 20 minutes from the historic town of Canterbury.
