Achieve together have an exciting vacancy for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly team to provide dedicated recruitment support across a regionalised area. Reporting directly to the Regional Recruitment Manager, our enthusiastic Coordinators and Recruitment Administrators ensure that new staff are effectively recruited within their region.

You will liaise with home managers and the wider operational team to ensure that the Achieve together recruitment process is followed and the best talent is attracted to our roles. This might include running targeted campaigns, utilising social media, understanding the demographic of the organisation, the use of on line advertising or tailoring adverts to attract different groups of people.

There is constant change and development within the team as we continue to grow and you will need to demonstrate that you can embrace change and contribute to the development.

 What do our Recruitment Coordinators do?

  • You will be responsible for managing the candidate journey from selection and pre-screening through to booking interviews and providing candidate feedback.
  • Identify those services with high levels of temporary agency staff and working with managers to recruit posts so that the agency costs are reduced.
  • Utilising social media and on/off line marketing strategies.
  • Liaising with the marketing department to ensure that adverts appeal to targeted demographic groups and maximise candidate attraction.

What experience/skills do you need?

  • Experience of a internal or agency background would be advantageous
  • Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Microsoft applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher
  • A confident communicator with excellent telephone skills and comfortable making decisions
  • Ability to prioritise workloads effectively, ideally with experience of volume recruiting
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and creative
  • Positive and friendly, with the ability to work well equally as part of team or independently
  • The proven ability to organise, plan and prioritise a changing workload.
  • A Flexible, willing ‘proactive’ approach to teamwork.
