Description

Job Title:                        Induction Coordinator -9-12 months FTC (Maternity Cover)

Role Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our high volume of inductions across Achieve together.

Key Duties:

  • Ensuring a seamless hand-over from on-boarding for all new starters
  • Coordinating induction events [including Executive Welcome Events]
  • Support and guidance for hiring managers and new starters to track induction activity and address questions/ feedback
  • Ensuring eLFY (our Learning Management System) is aligned to post requirements in collaboration with our L&D team
  • Monitoring and reporting on completion of Mandatory training modules – escalating non-compliance as appropriate
  • Hosting new joiner forums to ensure feedback is taken on board and good news stories are shared more broadly
  • Version control maintenance of Induction collateral
  • Supporting HR administration and reporting activity
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and GDPR

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working in a HR or L&D function
  • Awareness of onboarding and induction processes
  • Developing effective tracking and reporting processes
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and provide clear/best fit solutions
  • Excellent technical ability with both systems, Excel and reporting
  • Familiar with LMS systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
