Job Title: Induction Coordinator -9-12 months FTC (Maternity Cover)
Role Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our high volume of inductions across Achieve together.
Key Duties:
- Ensuring a seamless hand-over from on-boarding for all new starters
- Coordinating induction events [including Executive Welcome Events]
- Support and guidance for hiring managers and new starters to track induction activity and address questions/ feedback
- Ensuring eLFY (our Learning Management System) is aligned to post requirements in collaboration with our L&D team
- Monitoring and reporting on completion of Mandatory training modules – escalating non-compliance as appropriate
- Hosting new joiner forums to ensure feedback is taken on board and good news stories are shared more broadly
- Version control maintenance of Induction collateral
- Supporting HR administration and reporting activity
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and GDPR
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working in a HR or L&D function
- Awareness of onboarding and induction processes
- Developing effective tracking and reporting processes
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and provide clear/best fit solutions
- Excellent technical ability with both systems, Excel and reporting
- Familiar with LMS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
