We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Support Workers to join the team at this Residential Service in Wem, which provides support for adults with Learning Disabilities and associated health needs. 

Wem is a small market town in Shropshire 9 miles north of Shrewsbury, with Wem Train Station in the local vicinity to the services and train routes from Crewe and Chester the services are easily accessible for commuters.

Highbury House supports adults with Autism, moderate to severe Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The People we Support here enjoy listening to music, visiting the cinema to watch their favourite films and a spot of shopping in the local market town!

Fernlea supports adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This service is outcome focused and encourages the development of life skills. Here we work closely with the individuals we support to integrate them within the wider community. The People we Support of Fernlea enjoy listening to wide variety genres of music, and musical theatre, they especially enjoy canal trips, visiting the zoo and watching their favourite football teams, not forgetting to mention visiting the seaside regularly for day's out.

Barra House is an Autism Specific Service and all staff here have received Autism Awareness training.

Our wonderful staff teams across all three of our local sites really do go the extra mile to ensure the People we Support make the most of each and every day.
