We have a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers, we have various shifts covering both days and Waking Nights.

As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible – helping with personal care, supporting someone to rustle up some breakfast, do the weekly shop or visit a local café.

We also support people to take part in some of our amazing arts and wellbeing activities – from dance to music making, swimming to going to concerts.

Being a Support Worker can be the springboard to your future career - and to all sorts of opportunities and management roles.

We also have casual (bank) opportunities in this area attracting an hourly rate of £8.30!

Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.
Flexibility is needed as working times do vary and will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins; we will however provide you with a rota well in advance so you can plan your social life accordingly. Drivers required.
