Job Details

  • You will be a key member of the team and will be required to support the day to day running of the service, in line with legislation.
  • Lead, coach, mentor and support a team of staff.
  • Support rota planning.We expect our Senior Support Workers to share our vision to ensure that ‘every moment has potential’ for the people we support to learn new skills and to achieve their goals.
  • An NVQ/Diploma L2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is also required, and significant experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.

We are not an agency - you will be working for Achieve together as part of our amazing team, and will benefit from our in-house learning and development opportunities right throughout your career.  You'll work at one service, not driving from client to client, so you'll form a close bond with the people you support and your colleagues (and be paid for your entire day's work).
