If this sounds great to you… Then you’re just what we’re looking for and we’d like to hear from you!
What will you do?
In a nutshell, you’ll provide subject matter expertise, leadership, coaching and support to understand and implement the relevant regulatory frameworks, specialist support requirements, H&S regulation, risk management and all aspects of social care governance across our homes in Wales.

You’ll work with Service Managers and conduct internal audits to ensure we maintain outstanding environments, consistently.
You’ll work with other members of our quality team across England and Wales, sharing best practice and ensuring a collaborative approach. You like to keep yourself up to date with any changes that are coming to ensure you can take a proactive approach where necessary and share your learning with the wider organisation.
What experience will you have?
- Understanding quality is one thing, we’d really like to see how you’ve done this operationally before taking on a regulatory role. If you’ve been there, done that, we’d like to hear from you.
- Exceptional understanding of the regulatory environment for social care in Wales.
- You’ve completed quality audits, either from an operational or regulatory perspective, you know how to achieve the highest scores within that, and you have the ability to drive change where necessary.
- A visible leader, you understand that in order to drive change you should be present within the homes wherever possible and build relationships quickly with our Service Managers, Support Workers, and the people we support.
