We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Female Support Worker (Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9) to join our friendly care team based in Middleton, Manchester. Our Supported Living service supports females with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions and Mental Health needs.
What do our Support Workers do?
Supporting someone isn’t just personal care; it’s so much more. As a Support Worker you could be supporting individuals with swimming, assisting with the weekly shop, or even helping to administer the right medication.
Our Support Workers are focused on active listening, meaningful engagement and ensuring people lead full, healthy and active lives.

What experience do you need?
You must have previous experience in the care sector and ideally experience of supporting adults with Mental Health and complex needs.
You’ll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions. A basic level of English and Math is also required.
