If this sounds great to you… Then you’re just what we’re looking for and we’d like to hear from you!

What do our Support Workers do?

Cloverdale House is a 24-hour residential service supporting adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and complex health needs. Activities include arts and crafts sessions, sensory sessions, aromatherapy sessions. The service also supports individuals to gain independent living skills in cooking, shopping and doing their laundry.

Our services operate 24/7, so you will work in shifts (as allocated by your manager).  This means you may need to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.  You may also be required to undertake sleep-in shifts on a rota basis.

What experience do you need?

An NVQ/Diploma L2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is required, and experience supporting adults with learning disabilities would be a strong advantage.

You’ll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions. A basic level of English and Math is also required.

Above all you need to be kind, caring and ready to work as a team to ensure that our services are comfortable, happy, fulfilling and safe places to live.
