About the home
Grange Court is a residential service for four individuals who have autism and learning difficulties. The individuals have complex needs and can be challenging at times, this require 2:1 or 3:1 support throughout the day. We have an energetic and supportive team who are willing to help each other and are creative in increasing the opportunities for the individuals we support. This opportunity would be perfect for support workers who want to develop their skills or step into a lead role where they can be creative and build on their knowledge of autism.

What experience do you need?
You don’t need to have experience to be a Support Worker! If you are caring, kind and want to work in a job that is genuinely rewarding, this is for you.
You’ll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions. A basic level of English and Maths is also required.
