Job Title              Support Worker

Location              Biddulph, Stoke on Trent

Hours                  Full/Part Time Available

Pay                      £9.50

Driver Preferred

12 hours shifts from 8am – 8pm:

2 week rolling rota (week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday and week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

What do our Support Workers do?

The service was developed in response to the direction of the NHS England Transforming Care Programme, in discharging people from long stay care in hospital. Mill Hayes supports people with diagnosed learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, challenging behaviours and mental health needs. Each individual receives planned and co-ordinated person-centred support that is appropriate and inclusive for them.

Our Support Workers are focused on active listening, meaningful engagement and ensuring people lead full, healthy and active lives.
