Hours                  Full/Part Time Available

Pay                      £8.91 Pr Hr

We are seeking a mature, experienced Support Worker that has the ability to adapt well in any challenging setting.

Service: DCA West Bromwich

DCA West Bromwich provides a nurturing homely environment for people aged 18-65 with various disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and mental health needs.

We currently deliver Support to 15 people across Sandwell, Walsall and Birmingham.

What do our Support Workers do?

Supporting someone isn’t just personal care; it’s so much more. As a Support Worker you could be supporting individuals with swimming, assisting with the weekly shop, or even helping to administer the right medication.

Our Support Workers are focused on active listening, meaningful engagement and ensuring people lead full, healthy and active lives.

What experience do you need?

Although a basic level of English and Math is required, we employ our Support Workers based on their ability to listen and communicated carefully and effectively.
