We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Pricing Manager to join our busy Fiance team.
What you'll be doing...
As our Pricing Manager, you will lead a team of 3 direct reports as well as taking ownership of the company pricing strategy for new admissions and existing people that we support.
Key Responsibilities…
- Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
- Maintain and regularly update a pricing database
- Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing effectiveness
- Define new business procedures, and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system
- Negotiate annual fee changes with local authorities and collaborate with CEO/CFO to optimise fee agreements.
- Regular Board reporting of fee increase KPI’s.
- Management and development of a team of analysts
- Participation in group acquisitions with the business partnering team.
- Lead pricing for tenders to ensure bids are competitive and sustainable
- Lead the proactive fee review process
- Own the fees charged for new placements to encourage positive fee churn
- Defend pricing challenges from purchasing authorities
Experience required…
- Previous experience with pricing
- Proven track record leading a team
- Critical thinking
- Organised
- Problem solving skills

- Previous experience of CareCubed
