We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Pricing Manager to join our busy Fiance team. 

What you'll be doing...

As our Pricing Manager, you will lead a team of 3 direct reports as well as taking ownership of the company pricing strategy for new admissions and existing people that we support.

Key Responsibilities…

  • Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
  • Maintain and regularly update a pricing database
  • Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing effectiveness
  • Define new business procedures, and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system
  • Negotiate annual fee changes with local authorities and collaborate with CEO/CFO to optimise fee agreements.
  • Regular Board reporting of fee increase KPI’s.
  • Management and development of a team of analysts
  • Participation in group acquisitions with the business partnering team.
  • Lead pricing for tenders to ensure bids are competitive and sustainable
  • Lead the proactive fee review process
  • Own the fees charged for new placements to encourage positive fee churn
  • Defend pricing challenges from purchasing authorities

Experience required…

  • Previous experience with pricing
  • Proven track record leading a team
  • Critical thinking
  • Organised
  • Problem solving skills

Experience Desirable...

  • Previous experience of CareCubed
