New to care or experienced? Join us as a Support Worker in Cleveleys. You’ll be based in a friendly home, supporting adults with complex needs and autism. 

Support Worker

Flexible

£17,374 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week

Full BSL training provided

Your new job: 

Achieve together is one of the UK’s leading providers of support for people who with learning disabilities, autism, deafness and associated complex needs. 

You will be working as part of a friendly team. Supporting vulnerable individuals who are deaf, have dual sensory loss as well as experiencing a learning disability, mental health difficulties and or autism. Here as a Support Worker you will play a vital part in providing the people we support with care and be able to profoundly improve their quality of life. You will assist people who are unable to live independently by offering them the practical help they need, as well as emotional support. 

This may include: 

  • Completing and maintaining detailed records, reports and notes  
  • Cleaning, cooking and shopping
  • Planning and engaging in activities 
  • Administering and recording medication 
  • Complying with health and safety requirements

You! 

You do not need to have experience to be a Support Worker, although a basic level of English and Maths is required. We employ our Relief Support Workers based on their values and the willingness to learn skills in British Sign Language, understanding Deaf culture and promote personalised care.
