Bowermount Road is a supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions in the transition period from residential homes, foster care or a family home into more independent living.The service promotes independence and supports individuals to access further education, employment, social and recreational activities. Person-centred transition plans are developed for each individual to develop their budgeting skills and to become more independent in every aspect of their lives. This enabling approach is tailored to meet individual aspirations and help people achieve their current and future goals.
