Join us as a Support Worker at Brook Lane in Fareham where we support adults aged 18-50 with learning disabilities, communication needs, autism and other associated health needs in a residential setting.

Brook Lane is a 9 bed residential home situated within its own grounds and local to Locksheath Shopping Centre, Holly Hill and Park Gate shops. There is a bus service which has good transport links with Hampshire and a local train station nearby.

Location: Fareham, Hampshire, SO31

Contract: Permanent, full and part time positions available

Your new job: Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independent living and decision making.  

Your role is to:   

  • Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions
  • Planning and engaging in activities such as cinema, trampolining, visiting theme parks and baking and holidays to Euro Disney as an example
  • Supporting full personal care
  • Make a positive contribution to the lives of others
