Description

Whether you're new to care or experienced, you'll be making a world of difference when you join us as a Support Worker at Achieve together.

Join us as a Wake Night Support Worker at Lynford and The Marshes in Hailsham.  You’ll be working across 2 properties, both large bungalows, situated next door to each other.  They each have their own garden areas to the rear of the property and a shared communal patio area to the front of the properties, which is regularly used for social activities.  You will be supporting 12 adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), restricted mobility, sight impairment, hearing impairments, emotional needs, complex health needs and/ or epilepsy.  No experience needed as full training is given.

Location: Hailsham, East Sussex, BN27 2PX

Contract / Shifts available: Permanent, Full Time

Rate:  £17,374 per annum
