Description

Whether you're new to care or experienced, you'll be making a world of difference when you join us as a Support Worker at Achieve together.

Lewes Road is a 24-hour supported living service for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism spectrum conditions including high functioning. The service works collaboratively with individuals, supporting them with realistic and achievable positive outcomes in developing their independence. Lewes Road is a large detached property with 10 en-suite studio flats, each with kitchenettes designed to help people live more independently. There are also communal spaces for individuals to socialise with others, including a larger kitchen facility, lounge and dining room area.

Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 2BU

Contract / Shifts available: Permanent, Full Time

Rate:  £18,532 per annum
