Description

New to care or experienced? Join us as a Waking Night Support Worker at  Fairway in Middleton. Fairway is a supported living service that supports females aged 17+ with learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions and/or mental health needs including emotionally unstable personality conditions. 

Location: Middleton, Manchester, M24 

Hours: Full time and part time

Rate: 9.50 

Your new job:  

Achieve together is one of the UK’s leading providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.  

You will be working as part of a friendly team, supporting vulnerable adults with a range of physical, mental and learning disabilities. As a Waking Night Support Worker you will play a vital part in providing the people we support with care and be able to profoundly improve their quality of life. You willassist people who are unable to live independently by offering them the practical help they need, as well as emotional support.  

Your role is to:  

  • Remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the safety of the people we support. 
  • Monitor and promote sleep and wellbeing patterns. 
  • Support with nightly tasks: such as medication and domestic duties.
