You'll be making a world of difference when you join us as a Support Worker at Achieve together. The Droveway is a specialist residential service for adults aged 18+, with moderate to severe autism spectrum conditions and associated complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge.

Contract / Shifts available: We have a number of day and night shifts on offer to suit you!

Early Shift - 07.30am -15.00pm (7.5hrs)

Late Shift - 14.00pm - 21.30pm (7.5hrs)

E/L Shift - 07.30am - 21.30pm (14hrs)

Night Shift - 21.30pm-07.30am (10hrs)

Mid Shift - 09.30 - 17.00pm (7.5hrs)

Rate:  £19,110 per annum

Your Experience:  The desired candidate would be someone with experience of working with individuals who can present challenging behaviour, and has a good understanding of severe learning difficulties, or have at least some basic experience in care work. We would love to hear from you if you are self-motivated to help others, especially those with complex and special needs and are willing to learn. Drivers are in great need, but non drivers employed.
