Recruitment Coordinator

Let’s tell you about the Role.
This is a target driven role and you will be responsible for the attraction and engagement of candidates within a defined region, proactively sourcing and selecting appropriate applicants for operational roles across a range of homes.
Management of stakeholder relationships, ensuring an efficient and engaging recruitment process, liaising with internal departments as required.
Attending job fairs, open days, or visiting our homes will add both value to your knowledge and the recruitment process
Overall reduction of vacancies across an allocated region, impacting retention and reducing reliance on interim or temporary resources.
Let’s Hear About You.
- Previous experience of, and an excellent understanding of recruitment best practice across the end to end recruitment process ideally within social care or high-volume environments
- Knowledge of a variety of attraction techniques, including Social Media, online advertising and proactive CV sourcing searches
- Experience of telephone interviewing in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with previous experience using an ATS
- Confident and able to attend meetings or events
- Confident in building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Calm and methodical approach, with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
