Become a Maintenance Operative and shape lives
As a Maintenance Operative at Achieve together, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our homes are safe and fit for purpose for people we support.

You will play a critical role, ensuring that all remedial and repair works are completed to the highest standard. You will undertake variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.

About you

The successful candidate for this role will have a full, clean UK driving license.

Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of maintenance work, it isn’t a dealbreaker as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
