As a Helpdesk Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the end to end work flow processes for all facilities management issues reported by customers. Including the triage, allocation and updating of reactive service requests assigned to our estates teams or contractor supply chain.
You will be part of the frontline helpdesk service for our customers and the first point of contact for receiving and processing all customer related issues raised across our homes, ensuring they are dealt with effectively, and in a timely and professional manner.
About you
Our perfect candidate would have:
- Experience in a contact centre customer service role
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and operation of the helpdesk system and any other internal systems required to carry out helpdesk duties
- Excellent understanding of FM reactive service issue types and the ability to use this knowledge to prioritise routine, urgent and emergency requests
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks especially when under pressure
- Ability to handle challenging relationships and manage difficult conversations when necessary
