As a New Developments Coordinator, you will track and coordinate all activity relating to the delivery of new development plans on a project-by-project basis, collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the completion of tasks in a timely manner, raise concerns which may have an impact on any project deliverables and provide support to the Head of New Developments.

Some of the role’s main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the project meetings timetables/diaries, sending invitations, agendas, minutes, and actions as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of each new development’s project mobilisation plan, ensuring you and relevant support function team members are completing tasks.
  • Complete monthly project tracking reports including monitoring expenditure and key timeline milestones against business cases.
  • Complete weekly reviews of recruitment requirements for each New Development, informing the recruitment team accordingly.
  • Liaise with any third parties including local planners, architects, contractors, or sub-contractors.
  • Organise site visits as necessary, liaising with Operations and other key stakeholders.
  • Attend site visits and face to face meetings as and when required.
  • Conduct property searches in target geographical areas.

About you

An eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and fantastic use of initiative are everything for this role.

Our perfect candidate would also have:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
  • A commitment to high working standards and seeks to improve systems and processes
  • Methodical problem-solver with an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ approach
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise own workload, often with competing and changing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
