Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the attraction and engagement of candidates within a defined region, proactively sourcing and selecting appropriate applicants for operational roles across a range of homes.
  • Management of stakeholder relationships, ensuring an efficient and engaging recruitment process, liaising with internal departments as required.
  • Overall reduction of vacancies across an allocated region, impacting retention and reducing reliance on interim or temporary resources.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruiting healthcare roles, desirable, but not a must.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other job platforms.
  • Experience in head hunting and sourcing - Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills: confident in conducting telephone and video calls 
  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach: ability to work independently and autonomously
  • A positive influence: a true team player, a supporter and mentor of others
  • Organised: able to prioritise workloads effectively, work to deadlines and maintain pace and output
  • Comprehensive IT skills; able to use and update databases correctly and multi-task efficiently (Excel, Word, ATS, Outlook, Teams etc)
