Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Business Systems to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, define and deliver the systems strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and digital transformation priorities.
- Oversight of system selection, implementation, and lifecycle management.
- Drive automation, integration, and optimisation across platforms to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Optimise system usage to unlock operational value and improve performance
- Lead and develop the Support Systems and Operational Systems teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and ensure professional development pathways for team members.
- Drive a culture of collaboration across IT team and wider, for joint up working around systems, data and IT operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior systems leadership role, ideally within health or social care.
- Strong track record of delivering systems strategy and managing complex portfolios.
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, integration tools, and automation technologies.
- A track record in improving user experience
- Expertise in governance, compliance, and data security frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
