Become a Pool Operative at Achieve Together and shave lives
As a Pool Operative, you will supervise the people we support to use the hydrotherapy pool and ensure that the environment is always clean, tidy and safe for the people we support to use, be responsible for groups of individuals during hydrotherapy sessions, act as a lifeguard when the pool is in use, maintain up to date qualifications as required, maintain and protect the safety, confidentiality and dignity of clients using the hydrotherapy pool.
