Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Advisor to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership, coaching and support in relation to interpreting and implementing the relevant regulatory frameworks in a person-led manner.
- Delivering a high-quality service when auditing/supporting operations teams and contributing to making a difference in the lives of the people we support through a culture of inclusion.
- Completing detailed, impartial and expert reviews of the quality delivered within each home through the completion of robust audits.
- Working in partnership with people we support and their families/support workers to assess and review the quality of the support we provide.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working within operations management.
- Detailed understanding of utilising quality audits and self-assessments to evaluate quality and provide high-quality, person-centred support.
- Ability to work flexibly to support homes, which may require working outside of standard hours at times.
- A full UK driving licence, with a willingness and ability to drive throughout the organisation.
- Strong understanding of and focus on creating an environment of coproduction, involvement and inclusion. · Extensive knowledge of regulations, legislation and reporting
