Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively attract candidates through a range of methods, including targeted campaigns, social media, on-line advertising and sourcing
- Posting adverts across a range of platforms
- Management of a defined geographical region, understanding localised requirements and adjusting attraction methods to meet home needs
- Developing attraction plans in areas with specific recruitment challenges
- Ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey, from initial application to outcome
- Creating talent banks and building candidate networks for future vacancies
- Building localised relationships with job centres and other relevant community-based organisations
- Support internal stakeholders with recruitment training and guidance as and when required
- Utilisation of an ATS, ensuring all administrative records are updated in real time, enabling accurate reporting and MI for each area
- Attending job fairs and recruitment events
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practice across the end to end recruitment process
- Knowledge of a variety of attraction techniques, including Social Media, online advertising and Boolean searches
- Experience of telephone interviewing in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with previous experience using an ATS
- Attend meetings or events
- Confident in building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Calm and methodical approach, with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
